Indeed’s candidate management suite helps tens of millions of job seekers connect with employers every year. As the Product Manager for the Guided Discovery team, you will be responsible for understanding how Indeed’s most complex customers organize their talent pools and hiring workflows, and deliver capabilities that make Indeed the standard for hiring. You’ll be responsible for delivering insights to employers and finding opportunities to deliver automations that help employers hire effectively, efficiently and with less bias. As the backbone of many of Indeed’s experiences the technology you help build will be scalable, resilient and flexible. In this role you will work closely with a diverse set of partners across the company in product, engineering, legal, privacy, and data governance to align on everything from OKRs to platform capabilities to product roadmaps.

- Establish and maintain the team’s operating cadence
Requirements:
- 3+ years of consumer or enterprise internet software product management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work across a large set of internal customers in technical and non-technical roles
- Knowledgeable of modern testing methods including A|B and explore/exploit
- Comfortable owning conversations regarding data modeling, API contracts, redundancy, latency and availability
- Demonstrated data analysis and data modeling skills
- Knowledgeable of AI Ethics, algorithmic audits and search best practices preferred

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

NYC Metro Area 131,000 - 191,000 USD per year
SF Bay Area 144,000 - 210,000 USD per year
