About the Role
As an existing Product Manager looking to apply your skills in a larger organisation, or an experienced Product Specialist looking to step up, you will have the opportunity to take complete ownership of State Trustees current and future product portfolio. Lead the value proposition development and customer experience design and improvement for a range of leading products and services. Lead all product aspects including pricing, distribution, performance, reporting and review. Work closely with Marketing on go-to-market planning and ongoing promotional strategies. With a strong focus on strategy you will see yourself involved in projects, new product development and the transition of taking service products to a digital platform.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Financial services industry experience in product research, design, development and implementation
- Well-developed communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Sound analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Project management and product management experience
- Experience developing business cases including financial modelling.
