Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) - recognized by the Washington Post as a Top Workplace - is seeking a Product/Program Manager to work closely with the client to provide program management support, stakeholder coordination, requirements elicitation, and analysis for the implementation of survey and enforcement requirements for hospice as specified in the 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA). This position will play a key role in implementing structure, identifying gaps, and providing recommendations to ensure the client meets the aggressive regulatory dates specified in the CAA.

In accordance with applicable law and Company policy, full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this position, and proof of full vaccination status will be required on the first day of employment.

What You'll Do

• Assist with scheduling workgroup meetings, meeting minutes and tracking action items, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID) to ensure forward progress of the workgroup.
• Leverage available resources to track workgroup activities, develop insights, provide recommendations, and address gaps.
• Define program management tracking and coordination processes based on the Atlassian toolset and provide client training and support to drive adoption.
• Provide coaching and mentoring on program management best practices.
• Develop an implementation plan to include major milestones to ensure implementation of the provisions reflected within the CAA.
• Develop a workflow to support and make recommendations to automate processes/tasks and provide value added information to support decision-making.
• Work closely with internal team to detail workflow for implementation of approved automation.
• Conduct elicitation to gather reporting requirements for capturing activity as defined in the CAA.
• Develop materials and coordinate the delivery of appropriate training for state, federal, and accrediting body surveyors.
• Provide data analysis to identify and mitigate process inconsistencies

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 -5 years of project, product and/or program management experience
• Demonstrated client relationship building experience
• Experience working across integrated program teams
• Federal government agency work experience
• Strong analytical experience
• Experience putting in place new processes/procedures to enhance business functions
• Demonstrated ability in managing complex programs
• Demonstrated ability to manage project risks and issues
• Client mentoring and coaching to drive adoption of change
• Elicitation and process flow development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Haves

• PMP certification
• Agile Certifications
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and experience
• Experience using Atlassian tools, JIRA and Confluence as well as Slack and the MS Office Suite
• Understanding of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS)
