Reporting to the Project Support Supervisor, the Product Support Advisor's role is to maximise operation time and fleet reliability for our Customer. This is a hands-on role which requires you to carry out diagnostic repairs, maintenance and Warranty Service Letters / Improvement programs on customers Caterpillar equipment.

You will need to provide procedural support as an advisor/consultant on maintenance and technical issues, whilst also undertaking regular equipment inspections. These positions will be responsible for looking after the Caterpillar Surface Drill units onsite.

Location: Christmas Creek mine site (FMG)

Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off. 12.5 hour shifts

To be successful the following is required:

• A Mechanical Trade Certificate and proven post trade experience with CAT equipment
• Extensive experience including the latest Caterpillar product models MD6250 & MD6310 Drills
• A positive attitude towards safety and exposure to safe work practices and systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
• A passion for learning new skills
• The ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
