Eden Ritchie is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a program of work to oversee delivery of a series of projects to refresh a state department’s core line of business system, focussing on a new user interface and services layer, a transition to cloud services and the remediation of related ICT systems. To be successful at this role you must:

• Demonstrated success in planning and delivering complex ICT programs and projects in a large and geographically dispersed public service organisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills including the capability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
• Highly developed leadership skills in managing effective project teams and driving performance to achieve effective desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated use of high level interpersonal skills to successfully deliver change and manage stakeholders’ expectations across a diverse staff group.
• Strong financial acumen in managing budgets, supported by experience in managing vendors to deliver ICT products as per agreed quality, scope, time and cost.
• Extensive knowledge of various software development lifecycle methodologies such as agile and waterfall, and project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programs
