SLR International Corporation is seeking a full time Health & Safety (H&S)/Process Safety Management (PSM) Staff Level Consultant to join our growing H&S/PSM advisory services team in Atlanta, Georgia. The qualified candidate will have a 4-year Health & Safety graduate degree and experience as an intern in an industrial setting as part of their educational portfolio. Education and experience in Process Safety Management is desired. 0-5 years of professional, work related experience is required.
Primary functions in this role include providing support on a variety of H&S/PSM projects for a wide client base, managing deliverables to the management team, and oversight of project tasks and budget. As a Staff level employee, candidates should be prepared to support multiple client projects simultaneously, work with teams in various geographic locations, and participate in company growth in a hands-on leadership capacity. Successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding client networking and relationship building skills, backed by a proven reputation for providing highest quality service to a diverse group of clients.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in applying health and safety knowledge with responsibility for health & safety in an industrial/manufacturing setting is a must
- Experience in Process Safety management a plus
- Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Safety is required
- Excellent technical writing skills, and experience writing comprehensive technical reports
- Effective time management and ability to manage multiple project tasks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite software
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to travel by airplane and car, including occasional overnight travel
- Ability to visit industrial and manufacturing facilities on a routine basis
- Willingness to learn Process Safety management requirements and participate in development and implementation projects as a supporter and eventual leader for clients
- Strong capacity to build relationships with internal and external clients that result in sustained growth
- Consultant minded professional with a keen understanding of client value generation and business drivers
- Excels in working with peers and subordinate staff in different geographic locations
