About the team

Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.
Within Central Operations, our supply chain transformation team play a crucial role in optimising our supply chain processes by delivering a diverse range of business-critical projects. We are looking for an experience project manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This role is also suitable for applicants located in NSW and QLD.

About the role

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across central operations, to successfully deliver complex and wide-ranging projects. Identifying key transformational activities that support the operations strategy.

You will also

Own and drive project governance including managing time, cost, quality, risks, teams and communication to enable successful delivery according to each project’s objectives.

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery on large / complex projects are met or managed appropriately
• provide the necessary business inputs and support for the full life cycle of the project
• be a key support to the delivery of the program at large, included but not limited to Transition, Readiness and change.
• drive process improvements across the end to end Supply Chain and identify optimisation opportunities
• About you and your skills
• We’re looking for an experienced project manager with experience managing a diverse range of projects in a retail or supply chain field

You’ll also have

• 
  experience with building and managing project budgets

• tertiary qualified in a relevant field

• strong project management skills including; scope, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder management

• a solid understanding of end to end supply chain processes

• the ability to communicate and work cross functionally across multiple business units to deliver insights

• proven experience analysing and interpreting data and converting into a presentation for key stakeholders to influence their decision making

• have a clear vision of the program strategy that is delivered with a high degree of energy and passion
