Radiologist – Area of Need, Northern Queensland

We are looking for expressions of interest from radiologists who are interested in relocating to regional Queensland. Mackay located along Australia’s stunning east coast and the Great Barrier reef. Mackay itself is known for its Harbour Beach, marina and Bluewater Lagoon, and city water park. Inland regions you will find a large National Park a natural habitat for rare frogs, koala, platypus and other species.
This locally established group is a division of one of Australia’s leading imaging providers offering comprehensive services across 14 locations throughout Queensland. One of two radiologists onsite you will be well supported by an experienced team. A fully funded MRI offers access to all modalities and a wide range of interesting outpatient pathology.
An excellent remuneration package is offered including yearly CPD Allowance and generous leave entitlements.
Radiologists who have trained overseas and are eligible for Area of Need assessment will be considered. Mackay is an approved DWS location.
