An exciting role has become available for a receptionist all rounder in a busy hospitality venue located in Traralgon. While the current facilities are impressive, there are plans to expand on the horizon. We are ideally looking for an experienced receptionist to assist in the running of the venue but are open to consider this as a traineeship opportunity. This is not your average reception role and being in the hospitality sector does mean working some evenings to 9pm.

As our ideal candidate you will have the following attributes:

· A proven history of administration/reception experience

· Hospitality industry experience with an understanding of gaming loyalty programs, an advantage

· Great communication skills, both verbal and written

· Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite

Your daily tasks will include:

· Handling all venue enquiries including function and bistro bookings

· Management of the membership and gaming loyalty programs

· General reception duties

· Data entry of stock invoices

· Updating forms and file management

· In house advertising

· Ad hoc duties as directed

As the first point of contact this role will see you become an essential member of the business, building strong relationships with the community as well as internal and external stakeholders.
