Job description

These positions will be Hybrid Remote (On site training required out of Tasman CA Office)dedicated to answering SVB Main line calls. These calls are all unique and important in that they are prospective client calls. Each call needs to be handled thoughtfully with professionalism, warmth and care. We have a very detailed playbook on “how” to answer each type of call, where to route etc. Both of these operators will need in depth training on site with our seasoned operators to gain the confidence and knowledge base handling calls. For experience, we are looking for reception, customer support, front facing individuals. They need to be well spoken, confident to handle difficult callers (as they come up) and bring a consistent positive energy. Our Operators are the first experience for most clients and it is mission critical that all calls are handled with care.
