We currently have a Fixed 12 month opportunity (with potential for extension) available within our Records Management Team.
The Records Officer supports the VBA to deliver a robust and proactive records management function by ensuring:

  • the full scope of record management activity is consistently carried out;
  • statutory obligations are followed; and
  • excellent customer service is provided to all stakeholders.
The position plays a key role in troubleshooting records management issues for internal stakeholders, triaging incoming queries and correspondence, assisting users in the use of the records management system, scanning, recording and archiving key documentation, escalating complex issues to senior members of the team and supporting any required quality assurance and audit based activity.
What we are looking for.

  • Sound understanding of electronic records management systems (such as; EDRMS or Content Manager/TRIM)
  • Experience with CRMs including experience with electronic records management systems, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and storage tracking software.
  • Ability to collaborate and problem solve both with internal and external stakeholders while delivering continuous customer service.
