This Staffing Specialist is a vital part of our organization ensuring that our janitorial and Landscaping positions are filled with top talent! Position Responsibilities: • Manage Requisitions in our HCM - Ceridian Dayforce • Post job to our Career page via Dayforce as well as our external tools • Tracking progress of orders/hiring process through Dayforce, google docs, updating daily • Manage all onboarding tasks when hiring new employees • Maintain employee records according • Conduct and review background checks and administering drug tests • Conduct new employee Warm Welcomes/New Hire Orientation What We're Looking For: • 2+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting process, staffing and onboarding of new employees.
