The role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will specialise in 360 Recruitment for our White & Blue collar clients.

Your duties may include, but not be limited to:

• Writing & screening job ads
• Conducting interviews
• Payroll administration
• Answering of the phones
• General administrative duties
• Site visits to client sites in the Brisbane and Logan regions
• Account Management of our valued clients

Please note: In depth training will be provided for the successful candidate.

About you:
You will demonstrate:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working experience in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
• Adaptable in communication style, approach and attitude
• A do-er, a thinker, a problem solver and real people person
• Corporate presentation with a positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Previous experience in recruitment is highly regarded, though not essential.
