About the Role:

The Recruitment Specialist Role provides an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who is used to high volume recruitment to take the next step in their HR career. You will take charge of the recruitment process, support successful candidates from enquiry through to onboarding and facilitate candidates’ induction to effectively prepare them for their career at Challenger Services.

A fast-paced, high volume recruitment environment for someone who appreciates autonomy and a challenge. If you like to work “fast and furious “ then this is the role for you !

What You’ll Do:

• Develop alternative recruitment pipelines in this period of candidate shortage
• Manage the ATS and ensure that it is being used to its full potential
• Build relationships with candidates and multiple stakeholders
• At any point in time will have the responsibility for managing up to 20 roles
• Provide exceptional customer service

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, Live Hire experience preferred but not essential
• Intermediate skill level for technology and MS office skills
• COVID 19 vaccination
