Invitation to apply for Regional Lead Project Controls role

Due to the continuous success of our Australian operations, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Lead Project Controls to join our Sydney office. You will be leading the day-today operation of Project Controls team within the PD&G group whilst providing value added service to various projects across the business. This role is critical in leading the commercial and operational management of business teams.

The role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Comply with all role specific SHEQ obligations as detailed in the relevant RACI matrix.
• Lead our "zero harm" safety culture by role modelling safe work practices and ensuring all safety and environmental obligations are fulfilled.
• Foster a truly engaged and high performing workforce, with a focus on Thrive, mentoring, training and development.
• Demonstrate leadership by systemising Project Controls, Contracts Administration, Cost Planning into Projects systems and processes in accordance with the IMS.
• Consult with, assist, and advise Engineering, Project, and Sales department management on matters involving costs or cost estimates on proposed sales, new developments, or active projects.

To excel in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field

- Typically, 10 - 15 years’ experience

• Understanding of Project controls processes, contract administration, finance & cost planning
• Experience in complex project delivery
• Excellent influencing skills
• Work collaboratively with other team leads across the business
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
