The Position
St John of God Healthcare at Home (HAH) offers a range of at home services including hospital substitution, acute and non-acute services to assist clients recover after a hospital stay.
We are seeking
Registered Nurses with a minimum of two years postgraduate and recent hospital surgical/medical experience to join our Health Care at Home services located in Bunbury.
Working with us as a Registered Nurse you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a community or hospital in the home setting. You will use your clinical skills, and personal attributes to ensure the optimal recovery of patients.
This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated and professional clinical team who provide excellent standards of care to clients throughout the Bunbury community.
Applicants must hold a valid Driver’s License, be available to work weekends and meet the relevant role criteria below to be considered.
The successful Applicants will have:
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum two years post graduate experience in acute nursing with recent oncology experience.
- Current WA Driver’s License.
- Demonstrated experience in sound communication and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently, and as part of the multidisciplinary care team.
