About the role:
This position will see you working as part of our Dementia Advisory Service operating out of Wallsend Campus. You will be supporting carers of people living with dementia by providing individual counselling and running various educational programs. This position will be responsible for working collaboratively with Aged Care Services, the Community Dementia program, Geriatricians, GPs and Support Services in the local region. Upon commencement you will be provided with an extensive orientation and will receive ongoing support.

About you:
The successful applicant will be a motivated, hardworking professional who is passionate about working with clients living with dementia. You will be experienced in caring for the client living with dementia, possess great communication and problem solving skills. Your advanced computer literacy will be key for writing care plans and reports.
