What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe compassionate person-centred care within the facility ensuring safe care is delivered in collaboration with patients, families, carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes. You will be supported in this position by passionate and experienced nursing teams, including training and assistance provided by our brilliant Registered Nurses. Educational opportunities are also available to support your development in this position.
The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient care outcomes.
As an RN, you will work within a dedicated multi-disciplinary team environment aiming to improve the patient journey through the provision of comprehensive nursing care to patients within our Hospital.
A successful candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills and will enhance their skills through on-going education.
