About us

Northpark Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a Part time basis. In this fast paced and varied environment you will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Our Registered Nurses deliver exceptional, best practice nursing care to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and an industry leading patient experience. You will take a leadership role in the coordination of nursing care and work in partnership with Enrolled Nurses (ENs) providing supervision, direction and guidance.

As a Registered Nurse your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver evidence based nursing care
• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure patient and staff safety
• Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and (AINs) to deliver patient care
• Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs

Essential Criteria:

• Current Registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an RN
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Works independently and within a team
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional computer skills
