Our team at Nepean Private Hospital are on the lookout for cutting edge theatre nurses to join our Perioperative team across the following units:

• Scrub Scouts
• Recovery/PACU
• Anaesthetics

About the role:

You’ll be supported by great managers, be part of a strong, innovative team and have the opportunity to grow as you support our patient’s either during or following their procedures.

About you:

• Current Registration with AHPRA
• 2 year nursing experience
• Prior experience as a theatre nurse
• Post Graduate Certificate in relevant speciality (or working towards)
• Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nepean Private Hospital is located in the multi-cultural Western Sydney City of Penrith with eight operating Theatres, one hybrid/cardiac catheterisation theatre and an endoscopy suite, supported by a critical care unit which includes intensive care.

Remuneration:

This position will be paid in accordance with the Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF — NSW Nurses’ & Midwives’ Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 with an hourly rate ranging between $33.91-$47.62.
