ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote workers, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

Our “Allrounder” employees could be tasked with cleaning, laundry, housekeeping, assisting with food preparation or dishwashing, general maintenance of the site, waste removal and/or a number of other tasks. You need to have a good level of physical fitness for these positions as you are often on your feet and active for most of your shift.

The Tanami team is currently sourcing for the following roles.

• Housekeeping staff
• Catering attendants
• Bar & Retail attendants
• Industrial Cleaners (based at mine site)

Requirements of the Role:

• 2+ years’ experience in Hospitality, Mining or Retail
• Comfortability in working 14 days on site, 11-12 hours days
• Open driver's licence (C or C-A Class)
• Valid national police clearance
• Covid Certificates and Booster requirements
• RSA (Tavern roles only)
