Remote Technical Support Administrator (MDM).

Start date is 3/8 and will last for 1 YEAR.

100% Remote position

Rate: 20.00/hr W2

Responsibilities:
MDM administration and support
Firm understanding of network protocols and core network devices and components
Mixed environment Mac OS and Windows operating systems
Passion for technology, teamwork, overcoming challenges and providing exceptional customer service
Proficiency in Ticketing system (Service now)
Strong prioritization, problem solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with confidence in front of Clients
Self-starter, organized and detail oriented
Working knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP,DNS, Office 365, Exchange Management Console, SCCM, MobileIron, Citrix XenDesktop Cisco VPN/Remote Connectivity, etc

Deliverables:
The candidate will be responsible for End user desktop/laptop/devices to help complete projects and initiatives relative to the Windows or Mac systems and in the environment using the MDM Suite. This will include:
Create and administer Apple/Windows operating system installation and application packages using MDM
Provide support and configuration knowledge in an enterprise environment of other Macintosh related applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe products. This includes methods of packaging volume-licensed applications for deployment and repackaging non-PKG installers.
Troubleshooting of VPN related issues.
Troubleshooting of O365 related issues which includes any outlook and MS Teams,
Manage ticket escalations from Tier 1&2 engineering team
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
Providing basic training in computer operation and management
Keep up to date knowledge on continuous enhancements to IT, tools, and processes within the internal knowledge base.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour
