Job Description


SGS Mackay are looking for a superstar in the reporting stakes.

Ultimately, we require someone with the skills to prioritise, multitask and provide extraordinary customer service within tight time frames.

Our newest team member is a team player and enjoy collaborating with others.We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, forward planning and who is interested in understanding the workings of analytical coal reporting.

In return we offer on the job training with a progression strategy leading to a level review and day shift only, lifestyle roster.We are looking for someone special that learns quickly, takes ownership and is excited to commit to be a part of an extraordinary team of high achievers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Generating and maintaining reports
  • Maintaining relationships with our clients and customer database
  • Generating, coordinating and distributing project documentation
  • Providing monthly reports to Project Specialists
  • Data interpretation and data entry
  • Assist with adhoc projects as required

Qualifications


The successful candidate will possess:

  • Coal quality experience, preferably within a laboratory environment
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and LIMS
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Team player, yet able to work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Availability for weekend work when required
