Hailing from a humble beginning in Bronte, we have since embarked on ambitious and rewarding ventures in Byron Bay, Rosebery, Brisbane, Snowy Mountains and Melbourne. Although each of our locations differs greatly in aesthetic their philosophy and ethos remains very much the same.
Three Blue Ducks are looking for a talented and experienced Reservation & Administration Assistant for our growing reservation team.
Due to the growth of the operations with more venues in the pipeline we need further help on the day to day admin of running the business.
Our team operates from 8:30am till 6pm Monday - Wednesday and 8:30am - 8:30pm Thursday - Sunday. Whilst we always look to accommodate shift requests we are looking for people who have the flexibility to work across the roster as much as possible.
Our reservations team are currently located in Bronte, however will be moving to a new space near our Rosebery venue in the coming months
Qualifications & experience
- Past experience in a customer service role
- Must be available on weekends and/or evenings
- Extremely organised and driven in setting up systems and solving problems.
- Experience with Microsoft office, website management and/or reservations systems.
- Amazing attention to detail.
- Great phone, email and customer serviceability.
- Initiative to work independently and as part of a team.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phone and email enquiries and resolving guest questions
- Building relationships with our Venue and Restaurant Managers to understand how our venues are able to fully able cater to our guests requirements
- Managing our reservation system for all venues
- Support of the wider management team as we expand into other venues
