We're looking for a Residential Construction Coordinator within the Home Assurance space who is interested in contributing to the continued success of our brand and customer experience. This is a part-time role, offering 3 days a week with flexibility on choosing your days!

Although construction experience is favourable, it isn't required! We would love to hear from anyone who has come from a similar role and / or has been exposed to high volume administration. As you'll be joining a collaborative team, we've got your back in training you!

About You:

You enjoy playing an integral part in our customers new home journey and company's new home builds. You look forward to working within a collaborative and inclusive team, bringing a positive and motivated attitude to each day. You don’t shy away from helping others, working autonomously and having a proactive approach when communicating with customers.

You also have:

• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in coordinating job allocations and multi-tasking

You are will versed in this department as you have already been working in the construction industry and may also have some training under your belt such as:

• Cert IV in Administration or Business
• Customer Service and Administration experience

About the Role:

This role looks after both our beautiful display homes and our customers' new home builds for the first 12-months post completion. Your will sit within our Warranty and Home Assurance department, specialising in Pre-Warranty for the wider business.

This is an important aspect of our building journey, having a healthy and diverse mix between both communication with the internal team and external customers. The role supports the administration for Quality Assurance Inspections, including recording and reporting the monthly Quality Assurance Inspection results.
