We are on the lookout for two Production Estimators to join us in our Springwood office. This role offers genuine career pathways for those passionate about the residential construction industry.

About your new career:

Working in our Production Estimating team, you will quantify and order the materials needed to build our customers’ homes based on documentation, plans and variations. In this key role, you'll use your keen investigation skills, spatial awareness and numerical reasoning to produce an accurate order that sets up the build process for success.

This role reports to the Estimating Manager. You’ll work closely alongside the Estimating team to form strong relationships with our subcontractors, suppliers, and internal customers. We’re a company known to help each other out and you’ll thrive working collaboratively with other Plantation Homes team members.

A little about you and your experience:

You're passionate and committed to your career in the industry and enjoy collaborating with a business that values your contribution. As an experienced Estimator, you will have:

• A solid understanding of the building process and estimating techniques
• Knowledge of legislative requirements in relation to the residential construction industry
• Confidence using Estimating software and producing manual take-offs as part of the quantifying process
• A highly organised and methodical approach to your work, with a keen eye for detail
