Our client is looking for an experienced Resource Manager/Workforce Planner to work for a large organisation in the Sydney CBD.
Skills and experience:
- Resource planning/ workforce planning experience
- Experience in recruitment/ consulting partner management
- Project Management skills - including project delivery or designing/improving resource management/ workforce planning functions and processes
- Experience in supporting large, complex programs of work
- Banking/ Financial Services experience especially in capital, liquidity and treasury portfolios
