- Two Full Time Positions
- Victoria Park Social Club Restaurant Manager - Wednesday to Sunday
- Victoria Park Social Club Functions Manager - Wednesday to Sunday
Victoria Park Social Club Restaurant Manager:
The role would suit a hospitality professional, with previous experience in Restaurant Management, looking for a rewarding, long term career path.
- delivering excellent customer experience and service
- supervising shifts for casual dining
- strong administration skills
- managing rosters and adhering to wage budgets
- creating wine and cocktail lists
- training and mentoring staff
- ensuring that the quality control of food production, storage and transport is maintained to an excellent standard
- handling customer compliments, complaints and suggestions
- the management of reservations
Victoria Park Social Club Function Manager:
Executing events on the day from private lunches or dinners, large gala dinners and weddings. We are looking for an individual to lead our FOH team from start to finish.
- delivering excellent customer experience and service
- planning, organising and high level execution of special events and functions
- supervising shifts for private events
- training and mentoring staff
- leading the team in a fast paced environment
- the management of private events and function reservations
- previous experience running events - executing BEOs, bump in and bump out
- confidence to deliver highest standard or service
