POSITIONS AVAILABLE 2 x JUNIOR RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT

JUNIOR RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT – Casual (approx. 12 hours/week school week, 30 + school holiday week)

FOODWO*RKS *Express Salisbury is a family owned business seeking 2 hardworking, enthusiastic, and willing to learn applicants to join our team immediately.

We are a convenience store, takeaway and Golden Casket outlet.

Experience isn't a must, but we are looking for candidates with supreme customer service skills and dedication to learn the trade. You will be fully trained and will always work alongside a senior during your shift hours.

To be successful in the position you must be:

· Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays – flexibility to work various days and shifts.

· Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change

· Ability to show initiative and go above and beyond

· Trustworthy and reliable

· Attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

The below listed experience will be preferred but not a must.

· Previous retail experience preferred within a convenience store, takeaway, news agency or supermarket environment

· Prior food handling and food preparation skills

Preference would be given to candidate with Gold Lotto experience; however, training can be provided if other criteria is satisfied.

Salary: $10.00 – $30.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Public holidays
• Rotating roster
• Shift work
• Weekend availability

• Salisbury, QLD 4107: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (Preferred)
• Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
