About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to maximise profitable selling opportunities whilst consistently delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Sell specific product ranges including accessories/warranties (if applicable) etc. and explain and demonstrate the features and benefits
• Provide excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries
• Maintain and upgrade product knowledge as required in specific category of specialization
• Assist in merchandising (point of sale material placement, ticket writing) and stock movement within the store
