ABOUT THE ROLE:

This key role will offer you the opportunity to enhance your strategic thinking and be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals in the Commercial division of Australia’s leading experiential tourism groups. Reporting to the Revenue Manager you will be responsible for optimising sales revenue through implementing effective pricing strategy, inventory management and provision of meaningful, actionable insights. Your success in this role will be achieved by having an instinctive curiosity to deep dive data and identify trends.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Prepare analysis on guest booking trends, buying behaviours and travel patterns for use in decision making.
• Assist in the preparation of pricing strategies for all Journey Beyond businesses.
• Provide input into the preparation of revenue budgets and forecasts
• Assist in the preparation of reports for commercial meetings with individual businesses & key stakeholders.

Ideally you would have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in STEM / Commerce or equivalent.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically.
• Experience in analysing data and providing recommendations to management on trends.
• Advanced excel skills.
