About this opportunity

We are now looking for an Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation’s in order to actively contribute to make customers and Ericsson successful. This job role will be focused on selling a specific part of the network services (NRO, NDO) new transport indoor and site solutions, in the Northern California area.


What you will do

  • Be responsible to enhance customer relationships and dedication.

  • Be expected to create sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.

  • Coordinate optimization of the account team’s performance and to enable seamless transition to operations


You will bring

  • Bachelors or Masters Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration, MBA desirable

  • Minimum 5 years of experience of relationship sales and 5 years from the ICT industry preferred

  • Prior domain experience in network services (NRO, NDO) new transport indoor and site solutions preferred

  • Project management, delivery transition and radio product awareness preferred

  • Strive to deliver customer success

  • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding

  • Challenger Sales Approach, challenge status quo

  • You will need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills

  • Ability to deal with telecom procurement organizations to influence outcomes

  • Leadership (functional) experience

  • Solid understanding of Ericsson’s Core 3 Ways of Working and principles and has demonstrated leadership as an ACR

  • Innovative and creative

  • Social ability and interpersonal skills

  • Intellectual ability and critical thinking

  • Accountable and committed with a passion to win

  • Perseverant and result oriented
