The Opportunity
The Sales Manager position is a leadership position within Wholesale Fuels Business (WFB). The Sales Manager role will be based in N.T. and is developing and sustaining long term customer relationships that drive bulk fuels, card fuels and lubricants sales activities. The role will require some travel.

Key responsibilities include:
- Custodian of margin income for WFB. Applying commercial nous balance risk and reward for WFB.
- Custodian of WFB’s CRM pipeline.
- Use a range of value added offers to retain or attract customers and achieve agreed profit margins.
- Identify customer needs and pain points, and apply solutions to meet customer’s to build long term relationships.
- Maintain awareness of competitors capabilities.
- Ensure Sales Managers and Depot Managers adhere to established credit processes.
- Effectively maintain stock levels and inventory to meet needs
Any other tasks as requested from time to time.
What are the responsibilities of the role?
- Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented.
