About this opportunity
As a Sales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for growing Channel Partner opportunity though greater understanding by differentiating Ericsson Wireless Office as the DaaS leader in a 5G driven Digital Transformation focused world where complex technologies are made scalable and simple. Demonstrate your skills and wide breadth in technology by analyzing, designing, and collaborating with sales partners and customers to design business outcome focused technical solutions
What you will do
- Support Channel Sales Managers in marketing events, demonstrations as a technical voice by developing technical presentations, proposals, and perform customer presentations with partners and Sales team members highlighting customer focused use cases, value propositions, and Go-to-market models. Support driving deals to closure
- Build relationships with technical advisors within partners, and channel community to explore needs, engage the customer, and translate found opportunities into use cases, detailed technical offerings and proposals
- Demonstrate and evangelize how Ericsson Wireless office is perceived as a technology leader & that our solutions (end-to-end) provide added value compared to the competition by being a trusted advisor to key decision makers with our customers
- Evaluate customer’s current architecture against their business objectives and collaborate with customer, partner, and internal Ericsson technical teams to create a new or improved technology architectural plan. Measure and weight considerations of the following requirements, new and ongoing software, licensing, compliance, security needs, business continuity, skills and role-based needs of users, performance baselines, geographic impacts, data sovereignty, risk analysis
- Ensure that the technical solutions meet the customers' business goals and that customer satisfaction with the project and conclusion is high
- Set expectations and knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing for proper data gathering and onboarding teams
- Advice/direction demonstrates deep knowledge and understanding of the business, non-functional requirements, and product
- Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
- Support deployment of solution through technical leadership
- Secure understanding of competition building on in-depth knowledge & understanding of the customer & market dynamics
- Provide feedback to R&D
You will bring
- University degree in Business or Engineering; Master’s degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from Sales
- Technical experience: (DaaS, SaaS, WaaS, etc.)
- Business development skills
- Selling Skills
