The Ombudsman must resolve complaints with impartiality and with due regard to the SBS Code of Practice and the SBS Charter, and provide regular reports to SBS management, the SBS Board and Codes Review Committee.
It is a requirement of this role that incumbents are fully vaccinated with an approved Covid-19 vaccination in line with the ATAGI guidelines which include booster shots.
