The scheduler develops relationships with Ability WA employees and customers to coordinate schedules, book customer appointments, provide roster information and support managers, coordinators and other employees to succeed.

How you’ll make a difference

  • Effective and efficient rostering of staff.
  • Ensure high quality of data entry and maintenance of accurate data is achieved.
  • Meet customer needs through the allocation of efficient and safe services to customers.
  • Ensure the most efficient and effective matching of staff to customers are assessed with their service need and rostered with the boundaries of available resources.
  • Work effectively as a part of the team and actively contribute to the smooth operation of the Scheduling Team.
  • Highlight areas of concern to management and actively work towards finding a solution in respect to continuous improvement and quality assurance.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in the recruitment process and get started in the team, you’ll need the below:

  • Previous rostering experience and ability to direct staff (Desirable)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced time management, organisational and problem solving skills
  • National Police Clearance no older than 6 months
  • Current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable and roadworthy vehicle
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module
  • NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
