What we offer:

• Small team dynamic approach to service delivery with interchangeable roles providing all of our staff with variety
• A roster built around an average working week of 38 hours based on a 12 hour shift.
• Roster set more than 6 months in advance with some flexibility in application. The regular roster, allowing 20 days of annual leave, requires only around 155 days of duty each year

Role and Team

Since 2008, we have supported the NSW Department of Justice Health by providing premium security services at the Long Bay Forensic Facility. This facility provides specialist health care to adult men and women, and adolescents.
We are currently searching for Full Time and Casual Security Officers to join our team and support our customer by ensuring we provide perimeter security, front of house security and security escorts along with other duties such as:

• Security management of the entry and egress of the site for Patients, Staff, Visitors and Contracted Service Providers
• Management of the Security Management Systems, including CCTV, two way radio and duress system
• Alarm and Incident Response
• Providing security escorts by company vehicles

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• A current NSW 1AC Security Licence and First Aid Qualification
• Have a NSW Class C Drivers Licence.
• Ability to work a 24hr x 7 day roster
• Customer service experience and Security Control Room Experience
