Your Impact
As the Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing nib’s security posture across all operational platforms (on-prem and cloud) against both insider and outsider threats. You will take ownership of our Security Tooling Platforms and be the escalation point for security incidents impacting our platforms. You will also work closely with our IT Cybersecurity Team in managing priorities, remediation works, roadmaps and enhancement works.
As this is a newly created role, this is also an exciting opportunity to grow your team of highly driven security focused specialists. You will use your strategical thinking skills in creating a roadmap and lead your team to success.

We enjoy maintaining transferable technical skills to assist in business initiatives, and to build, implement, and maintain scalable security capabilities. Our team is a business enabler. Your Background
With comprehensive strategical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to be proactive in development of robust solutions to problems, other skills that will be essential include:

Previous experience in a technical role with exposure to business leadership

Experience in managing and configuring cloud native security services on cloud (e.g. AWS or Azure) and on premise infrastructure

Technical skills in configuration and support of security controls

Strong experience and knowledge in network and wireless security, application security, infrastructure and database security

Knowledge of ITIL, Essential Eight, NIST and ISO2700x would be desirable
-
Strong customer service focus and ability to lead a team with high volume
