The Role:
- Processing transactions (incl. subscription, redemption and transfer requests) and adhering to reporting deadlines. This includes checking that orders meet the criteria as described in the prospectus of the funds and the monitoring and following-up on outstanding items
- Collect and verify local Know Your Customer / Anti Money Laundering and FATCA & CRS documentation
- Correctly setting priorities for the numerous tasks that need to be performed
- Preparing redemption and fee payments
- Preparing investor registers for various structures (Unit Trusts, Partnerships)
- Distributing finalized Net Asset Value / Unit prices to data providers and investors
- Distribution various reports including Tax and Distribution statements to investors
- Distributing fund documentation/notices to investors and/or approved parties
- Communication with fund accounting and (internal) audit department
- Communication with clients (trustees, investment manager), investors (retail, wholesale or financial institutions, private individuals) and external stakeholders such as auditors
- Filing and scanning of confidential investor data, and
- Participating in other tasks/projects that may be assigned to the team from time to time.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role incorporating the above functions
- An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines
- An accountancy qualification is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
- Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, and Macros in Excel (Experience on Paxus an advantage)
- Experience with Paxus an advantage.
- A high level of visibility within a large organisation on an upwards trajectory
- The ability to define marketing processes to drive innovation and have a tangible impact on the business

- Exposure to all aspects of the business, cross-jurisdiction and to working with senior management directly.
