As an expert with
Tableau, Microsoft BI (MSBI),
SQL, and
Azure data tools (Data Factory, Databricks etc) and with
significant professional experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics
- you understand the value of data to help solve business problems.
You will also have a passion for data visualisation whether its developing models, prototypes, reports or dashboards.
You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and see projects through from end-to-end including mapping business processes, conduct requirements analysis and documentation. Most importantly you understand that your role is all about helping our clients source, transform and interpret data into actionable metrics and insights to optimise their business.

Essential skills and experience:
- Significant experience in a similar role using Tableau
- Extensive, commercial, hands-on experience across the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS / SSRS / SSAS)
- An expert in SQL and SQL Server
- Solid experience and knowledge of the Azure data tools; Databricks, Data Factory, blob storage and data lake
- Currently working in a complex enterprise data warehouse environment
- Able to quickly build strong relationships with decision-makers, and become their trusted advisor
- Solid Agile environment experience
- Professional experience with Power BI
- Experience with Python programming for data
- Experience with Azure / AWS and migration to the cloud
- Knowledge and experience of DWH, BI, and analytics best practice
- Ability to develop requirements into actionable business analytics strategies, roadmaps, and data solutions
