Hybrid Position- On Site Requirements

The objective of the Senior Budget Analyst to oversee and maintain the StrataJazz reporting and budget system; provide administrative oversight to the Corporation’s Capital Budget and Capital Tracking processes; assist with annual budget preparation; assist with the collection and reporting of statistic data to internal and external customers; and prepare other financial analysis as required for VHC Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management or in a related field required.
• Two years of Computerized Budgeting and Financial Analysis experience required.
• Experience in Healthcare Finance and Stratajazz preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Capital Budget Requests and ensure they meet Capital criteria;
• Maintains Capital Budget tracking process.
• Serves as primary administrator of StrataJazz reporting and budgeting system.
• Manage Health System statistics recording, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Conduct departmental budget meetings as directed by the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Perform analysis on the current year projection and baseline operating budget as requested.
• Prepare and submit month end accruals.
• Maintains and reconciles GL , and Statistical data into the reporting and budgeting systems.
