About the role
We are looking for a Senior Coordinator – R efinery Maintenance to support and coordinate the safe and efficient execution of all operational, maintenance, and technical activities in the Refinery. Reporting to Manager – Refinery Maintenance and working in a collaborative and exciting environment, you will be:

Support the daily/weekly plan through coordination with all key stakeholders (Maintenance, Operation, Planning & Scheduling, Technical, Environment, etc).

Coordinate between plant resources/stakeholders and external service provided on planned and unplanned maintenance activities.

Present daily updates and action plans in area meetings.

Validate daily performance, transactions, and time losses.
-
Ensure daily plan is fit for purpose and priorities are outlined.

First layer of coaching supervisor to ensure compliance to procedure and operational discipline.

Provide Operations and Maintenance Supervisors with the necessary information to execute the plan.

Audit and coach team performance as pertains to the Work Management Process.

Support vendor managed inventory systems.

Substantial prior/current work experience at Refinery, as our immediate focus will be on co-design of the Rio Tinto Safe Production System and ensuring it is fit for purpose at the Refinery preferred.

Previous knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is required for the role.

Previous experience within Rio Tinto Kennecott as a maintenance supervisor and/or planner strongly preferred.
