T-shirt Ventures is looking for a passionate and customer-centric Senior Digital Designer to join our Creative Lab team.

The role
As a Senior Digital Designer, you'll get the opportunity to work across all of our brands where the work you do will have a meaningful impact on the lives of people living with disability and long term health needs.
In this role you'll be working collaboratively alongside Marketing team members as well as Product Managers and Product Designers to help shape how our brands live digitally, creating engaging and purposeful experiences for our customers.
In this role you will:
- Help bring our brand to life across a range of digital and marketing materials; from landing pages, to brochures and flyers, to sales and marketing collateral for our disability expos, to our social media templates
- Lead end-to-end digital design projects and establish brand guidelines
- Define and deliver impactful, effective and beautiful digital design solutions that delight our customers
- Play a key role in building out our digital design processes and best practices
- Contribute to the redesigning of our websites for our 3 brands; T-shirt Ventures, Provider Choice and HeyHubble
- Get to utilise your passion for visual design and branding so as to create memorable experiences for our customers
- Drive the cohesion between product and digital design at T-shirt Ventures
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members in the Creative Lab, as well as members in the Growth Team and the Design, Product and Customer Team
- Learn and grow professionally as we continue to scale the Creative Lab Team
- Work with senior stakeholders to shape and grow our brand on our mission to improving the quality of people's lives that are living with disability and long-term health needs
About you
- You've got a big heart and you're passionate about making a difference
- Strong visual design skills and experience across both graphic and web design
- You are an experienced Digital Designer who is an excellent storyteller and who can explain design decisions clearly
- You're passionate about the end user and are obsessively customer centric, having a strong attention to detail and a creative flair that brings brands to life
- You take pride in your work and strive for quality
- You have experience developing brand guidelines
- You're a team player, who takes on feedback well and who loves sharing and communicating new ideas
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to streamline branding across the business and champion high quality execution that moves our mission forward
- Ability to communicate design decisions to stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- You're committed to digital design best practice and process improvements
- You understand the importance of branding as part of the overall customer journey and product experience.
Nice to have
- A background in graphic design before moving into digital design
- Experience conducting customer research and user testing
- Experience with webflow or a willingness to learn webflow
- An in-depth understanding of web accessibility and responsive design
- Proven ability to make the relationship between digital design and product more cohesive
