State Trustees provides Victorians with financial and legal assistance during all stages of their life, including specialised services and products such as Will Writing, Powers of Attorney, Executor Services, Trustee Services, and Personal Financial Administration.

About the Role
Within this fast paced role, you will ensure the electronic batching and generation of funds to nominated payees on behalf of State Trustees is completed in accordance with established service standards. You will manage stakeholder relationships and enquiries from customers internal and external. You will also provide procedural and technical training to the Exceptions Processing team and being the first point of contact for escalations.
Skills and Experience
We're seeking the following skills and experience;
- Experience in accounts payable
- Strong interpersonal skills, including facilitation and coaching abilities
- Ability to prepare training material and present to individuals and groups
- Well developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- Competent computer skills including advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle General Ledger
- Experience with Web-based processing.
