Our client is looking for a Senior Farm Hand to join their team on a cropping property, near Carnamah (300km north of Perth). Broad acre machinery experience required. Those with relevant experience or looking to take the next step in their career will be highly regarded. Fantastic accommodation available.

About the Role:

• Seeding and harvest duties, which will include spraying and possibly truck driving
• The successful candidate is to work alongside another permanent employee, the owner and seasonal staff
• Excellent infrastructure;
• The property runs modern John Deere and CLAAS equipment,
• Cropping 6000Ha

About You:

• Solid farming background;
• Broad acre machinery experience (preferably boom spraying but willing to teach);
• Ideally have MC licence or be willing to obtain;
• Mechanical aptitude desirable;
• Be physically fit and healthy;
• Be able to work unsupervised;
• Have initiative;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Be reliable, trustworthy and honest.
