This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional who is keen to make an impact in a highly visible role that will inform and enable business strategy.

Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will support the strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance insights delivered to the C-Suite executive team and Board. The successful candidate will also be passionate about building relationships with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Development & maintenance of Baby Bunting’s long-term strategic financial model
• Support the delivery of annual budgets and update to rolling forecasts
• Play a leading role in the preparation of ASX & Investor Relations presentations
• Analyses of results, performing trend & variance analysis and put forward recommendations for improvements
• Store network planning with a focus on stores’ Returns on Invested Capital
• Act as a Finance subject matter expert in the planning & execution of special projects, including preparation of business cases and subsequent PIR

What you'll bring to the role:

• Big4 Transactional Services / Audit or Industry with 6-7+ years in similar FP&A roles
• CA/CPA qualified
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI) & SQL
• Retail experience directly / indirectly preferred
• Exceptional Powerpoint presentation skills including presentation and analysis of numerical trends
• Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
• Previous experience working with, or in ASX listed entities
