In our future leader development program, you will come in and grow your own book of business with the support of your team. Once you have a proven track record and have helped develop others, you will be given the opportunity to start your own team and become a Team Lead.If you are an achiever looking to be more than just a number, this is for you!

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success as a self-generated Loan Originator
• Relationship-focused and an established network
• 4+ years of professional work experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Active NMLS license in one of the following states: NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MD, VA, or TN

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,697.60 - $265,986.89 per year
