About the role

We are looking for a Senior Rural Officer to join our Moree branch, where you will manage and grow a portfolio of rural clients, both independently and in support of Rural Managers. In this permanent full-time role, your primary responsibilities include:

• Maintain relationships with local referral sources
• Complete annual credit reviews
• Monitor and grow a portfolio of Rural Branch accounts
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement

Skills and experience

• Knowledge of the rural industry
• Understands banking/lending policies and procedures
• Maintains a strong relationship with key clients
• Can manage competing priorities
