The Senior Engagement Officer is responsible for communication and engagement projects and services to improve environmental performance and resilience of the Waverley area. This involves partnering and fostering relationships with residents, businesses, government agencies, researchers and not-for-profit organisations to drive commitment and action to meet Waverley’s ambitious community environmental goals including net zero emissions by 2035.

To be successful you will need tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline or demonstrated competencies gained through experience. You will also have skills in graphic design, online engagement and digital communication techniques and platforms and a proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate effective programs.
