Your Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and passionate Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) consultant to join our D365 Practice. You can be based anywhere in Australia but must be an Australian Citizen (non-negotiable), as we work with many government agencies who require this.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, D365 you will provide technical consulting services to deliver solutions based on customer needs. An expert in your field, you will be involved in all phases of a project, undertaking and leading tasks such as technical designs, implementation, customisations, integrations, deployments and testing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the discovery, design and delivery of solutions following SOCO's methodology
  • Leading technical aspects of a project, including activities such as complex implementations, custom development and integrations
  • Understanding customer requirements and developing appropriate solutions that align with architectural, business, and commercial expectations
  • Identifying opportunities based on customer needs

SOCO and this role is an ideal match for you if you:

  • Are highly experienced in one or more of the following Dynamics 365 Apps, with a strong understanding of the others: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service
  • Are able to apply your strong knowledge of the Power Platform to configure:
    • Dashboards, Forms, Tables, Fields and Views
    • Business Process Flows
    • Security models in Dynamics 365/Power Platform using Security Roles, Business Units, Teams and Field Level Security
    • Automation using Power Automate, Workflows and Business Rules
    • Solution deployments across environments
  • Have a basic understanding of leveraging JavaScript for custom form logic
  • Are familiar with agile delivery and the use of Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar
  • Are comfortable articulating & presenting technical ideas and solutions to customers
  • Possess a strong knowledge of Power Apps Portals or Dynamics 365 Portals, including configuration of Web Forms, configuration of Web Roles and Permissions and the basic customisation of templates
  • Are capable of supporting data migration and importation of data into the platform
  • Fully understand how Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform fit into the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Are an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain Australian government baseline security clearance

.NET and/or web development (JavaScript, REACT, jQuery, etc) skills would be advantageous
